Karen and John Carney

John has pastored for more than 30 years.  He lives in Salem, Oregon where Karen and he honeymooned fifty years ago this August. Their son, Justin, his wife, Jamie, and grandchildren, David and Emma, live in the Albany, Oregon area.

John delights in being a spiritual Father and serves the kingdom of God as a seed planter and seer.  They are the founders and leaders of Interdependent Ministries Fellowship (IMF) and Redemption Forum, www.redemptionforum.com.

John has developed partnerships with church leaders around the globe, devoting himself to equipping, maturing, and establishing paths of unity for the Bride Church in more than 25 countries.  He has traveled more than a million miles, been to Africa more than 60 times, and is currently pioneering and building new (and the only) churches in several Muslim villages.

John and Karen bring a broad background in business, politics, government, and real estate to their ministry and teaching.  As the author of two books, “Untwisted, Love’s First Language” and “The Unveiling”, a progressive vision John received more than 20 years ago about the living Bride Church, their focus in this season of ministry is empowering your freedom, discovering your identity, redeeming your past, and restoring your future.
